Ensure that this new mapping is first on the list – use the Move Up/Move Down buttons to

change the order. Click Done.

After clicking Done, the screen returns to the main Call Routing screen. It is necessary to click

Save on this screen to complete the process and then Apply Changes.

From time to time certain configuration changes will need to be ―applied‖ to the Meeting

Exchange. A screen similar to the one below may appear after a final save is performed. To

apply these changes to Meeting Exchange, click on the Apply Changes button. In some instances

a restart of Meeting Exchange services may be required and this will be carried out as part of

the Applied change.
