The Dashboard will reveal the number of entity links that are ―down‖ with the total number of

entity links that are programmed. In the screen shot below the column Entity Monitoring shows 2

links are down out of a total of 14. Click on the numbers to reveal which entity links are down.

After clicking on the link, it shows that one of the entity links that is down is the Meeting

Exchange. This would be normal at this stage of the document as the next section concentrates

on configuring Meeting Exchange to communicate with Session Manager. Once that section has

been completed correctly, the Entity Link between Session Manager and Meeting Exchange will

come into service.
