3. DUAL GYRO SYSTEM (ECDIS Only)
7. Click [TCS] on the tab bar.

8. Select the signal format for the gyro selector.
• [Digital]: Use the contact signal for the gyro selector.
• [Serial]: Use the contact signal for the gyro selector.
9. Set [Dual Gyro Setting] as shown below.
• [Gyro Selector]: GYO003
• [Digital In - Open]: GYO001
• [Digital In - Close]: GYO002
For the contact setting of the gyro selector, consult with a Yokogawa engineer.
10. To save the configuration, confirm the consistency of the configuration then save
the configuration data on the [Save and Sync] menu.
11. Confirm that the indication on the sensor information box is changed after switch-
ing the gyro sensor. If the indication on the sensor information box and Gyro sys-
tem is not synchronized, check the connection and configuration.
When the ECDIS for TCS is OFF, "GYRO3" appears in the sensor information
box.
