Field Replaceable Units and Upgrades: Display Assembly
6. Remove the two screws attaching the flex circuit to the main unit's
processor/power management PCB. Remove the flex connector by
pulling on the flex connector strain relief.
7. Remove the DAS connector by lifting the snap latch and tabs.
8. Place the display assembly face down on a non-static, non-abrasive
surface. Make sure the Trim Knob control hangs off the edge of the
surface to avoid damage.
9. To replace the display assembly, refer to
Assembly" on page 8-13.
10. To replace components of the display assembly, refer to
Display Assembly Components"
11. To replace components in the main unit, refer to
Components" on page 8-23.
