Troubleshooting: Service Menus
Following is a list of options in the boot code service menu.

Duplication of an Internet address on a network
causes data loss and possible Unity Network
problems. If you change the factory assigned Internet
address, you must record all other Internet addresses
used on your network to avoid duplication.

Dash 3000/4000 Patient Monitor

Description
This option is used when changing the internet
protocol (IP) address.
This option lists the options installed on the monitor.
This option erases all patient histories and
programmed defaults in the monitor's protected
memory. Clearing the configuration memory returns
the monitor defaults to the factory installed defaults.
This menu contains options for configuring the
monitor.

Various color screens for testing the display.
This option is for engineering use only.
This option is used when the battery is dead. Refer to
"Battery Messages Displayed in the Battery Fuel
Gauge Icon" on page 5-13.
A unique password is required for each option.
Contact your sales/service representative to obtain a
password. You must provide your product serial
number and Ethernet address. (The Ethernet address
is displayed in the Boot Code banner information.)
