How to Set, Show and Hide Alarms

The FCV-2100 has five alarms (Bottom Alarm, Fish Alarm, Bottom Fish Alarm, Tem-
perature Alarm and Fish Size Alarm) and one Combined Alarm.
When an alarm is set and the conditions meet the alarm requirements, the system re-
leases an audible beep and displays the corresponding alarm message alarm icon.
For combined alarms, all corresponding alarms messages and alarm icons are dis-
played.

To silence the audible beep, select the [OK] button on the alarm message. The alarm
icon remains visible on the display until the cause of the alarm is removed.
Alarm descriptions
• Bottom Alarm: Alerts you when the seabed (bottom) enters the range set for this
alarm.
• Fish Alarm: Alerts you when fish are detected within the range set for this alarm.
• Bottom Fish Alarm: Alerts you when fish are detected within the range set for this
alarm.
• Temperature Alarm: Alerts you when the water temperature is within range or out
of range, depending on your selection. This alarm requires connection to a tempera-
ture sensor.
• Fish Size Alarm: Alerts you when a fish detected meet or exceed the size and/or
distribution set for this alarm.
• Combined Alarm: This alarm is a combination of two or more of the above alarms.
When the requirements for all selected alarms are met, this alarm is triggered.
When this alarm is selected, individual alarms are not available.
