Specific Area

This method allows you to specify up to three square-shaped areas. To set up one or
more detection areas, do the following:
1. Select the [Sounder] icon (
menu bar appears.
2. Select the [Fish Size Measurement] icon (
3. Select the [Specific Area] icon (
neous section of the header.
4. Select the [FISH AREA] indication on the header. The indication is highlighted in
green color.
5. Scroll to change the area you want to set. The indication reads "FISH1", "FISH2"
or "FISH3", depending on your selection.
6. Place the cursor at the one corner of the area, then press and hold the left button.
7. Drag the cursor to the diagonally opposite corner of the area, then release the left
button. The selected area is now highlighted with a colored box. The color chang-
es, depending on the area number selected (see the list below for reference).
[FISH1]: Yellow, [FISH2]: Orange, [FISH3]: Purple.
When set, each area's graph also appears, as shown in the example figure below.

To move an area drag the top line of an area to the desired location.
To adjust the size of an area, drag the sides or bottom line of an area.
