Bottom Trace

This method produces two marker lines. The horizontal, small line at the right-hand
edge of the screen is the measurement range marker. The vertical line is the measure-
ment location.
1. Select the [Sounder] icon (

Drag and drop the measurement location to set where the fish measurements are to
be made.
Note: Where the depth indication (bottom left-hand side of the screen) shows bars "-
- - -" instead of a depth value, the measurement range marker and measurement lo-
cation are not shown. In this case, the measurement method is automatically changed
to [Entire Area].
How to adjust the measurement range
The measurement range marker moves dynamically, keeping a set range from the
seabed. To change the range, do the following:
1. Select the [FISH TRACK] indication at the far left-hand side of the header. The in-
dication is highlighted in green color.
2. Scroll to change the range. The range marker moves with each change in range.
