The alarm is raised when a SAP that
is used for resiliency is deleted.
The alarm is raised when a secondary
service becomes active.

The alarm is raised when the
trapDroppedRaisesAlarm parameter
is enabled and the maximum allowed
number of SHCV host connectivity
loss events on a SAP is exceeded. The
SHCV action in response to the alarm
is specified by the
maxHostLostConnectivityRate
parameter. If the specified action is
to remove the host information, the
host information is removed and the
connectivity of the host is not
subsequently verified.
The alarm is raised when the ICMP
port usage of an L2-aware NAT
subscriber reaches the high or low
watermark.
