The alarm is raised when an SNMP
trap destination other than the
5620 SAM is configured on an NE.
The alarm is raised when the number
of varbinds in an incoming SNMP trap
is fewer than the number expected.
The alarm is raised when the
incoming SNMP trap rate is greater
than the configured trap rate
threshold.
This user-defined alarm is raised
when the NE is unable to send traps
because the NE configuration is one
of the following:
The Management IP Selection is
set to Out Of Band Only, the
Primary Route Preference is set
to In Band, and the Secondary
Route Preference is set to None.
The Management IP Selection is
set to In Band Only, the Primary
Route Preference is set to Out Of
Band, and the Secondary Route
Preference is set to None.
The user-defined alarm is raised
when NE management redundancy is
configured without trap route
preference redundancy.
The alarm is raised when an attempt
to unmanage an NE fails.
The alarm is raised when, during
network discovery, the 5620 SAM
detects an NE that uses an
unsupported device software
version. The alarm information
includes the discovery rule ID and the
IP address of the NE.
The alarm is raised when the
software version that an NE reports
after a software upgrade does not
match the version of the software
used for the upgrade.
