Examples — The following command enables the DHCP server on VLAN
red-vlan to serve addresses from the 192.168.1.5 to 192.168.1.25 range:
WX1200# set interface red-vlan ip dhcp-server enable start
192.168.1.5 stop 192.168.1.25
success: change accepted.

Administratively disables or reenables an IP interface.
Syntax —
set interface vlan-id status {up | down}
— VLAN name or number.
vlan-id
— Enables the interface.
up
down
— Disables the interface.
Defaults — IP interfaces are enabled by default.
Access — Enabled.
History— Introduced in MSS Version 3.0.
Examples — The following command disables the IP interface on VLAN
mauve:
WX4400# set interface mauve status down
success: set interface mauve to down
