FRONT WHEEL/SUSPENSION/STEERING
INSTALLATION
Install the side collars.
NOTE:
The right side collar is longer than the left side
collar.
Install the front wheel between the fork legs.
Apply thin coat of grease to the front axle.
Install the front axle from the left side.
Install the front axle bolt and tighten it while
holding the axle.
TORQUE : 59 N·m (6.0 kgf·m, 43 lbf.ft)
Tighten the right axle holder bolts.
TORQUE: 22 N·m (2.2 kgf·m, 16 lbf.ft)
Install the brake calipers with new mounting bolts
and tighten the bolts.
TORQUE: 30 N·m (3.1 kgf·m, 22 lbf.ft)
Install the front fender.
Install the four fender bolts with the brake hose
clamp, 3-way joint and reflectors and tighten them.
TORQUE: 12 N·m (1.2 kgf·m, 9 lbf·ftl
