CLUTCH LIFTER ARM
Remove the clutch lifter arm, return spring and
washer from the right crankcase cover.
Check the lifter arm spindle for wear or damage.
Check the return spring for fatigue or damage.
Check the lifter arm oil seal and needle bearings for
wear or damage.
Install the clutch lifter arm with the spring and
washer as shown.
DISASSEMBLY
Remove the right crankcase cover (pogo 9 3).
Remove the clutch bolts, springs and pressure
plate.
Hemove the clutch litter piece.
Remove the seven clutch discs and six plates.
NOTE:
The two discs (8) on both ends are different from
the five discs {A). Do not confuse the discs A and B.
