Removal
CAUTION: Wait at least two minutes after
disconnecting the battery before pro-
ceeding or there may the possibility of
accidentally deploying the air bag(s)
and pyrotechnic safety belt pre-
tensioner's.
1. Remove the multi-function switch.
For additional information,
refer to Section 211-05.
2. Centre the steering wheel and lock in
position.
3. Remove the PATS transceiver.
1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
2. Remove the retaining screw.
4. Disconnect the ignition switch electrical
connector.
