Suggested Solution
Check that the default re-
covery action is not set to
halt. See Section A.1.2 for fur-
ther information on the de-
fault recovery action.
Check all cable connections at
both ends.
Try connecting the terminal
to another system. If that
works, the port to which the ter-
minal was connected is faulty. If
it still does not operate, the
terminal is faulty. In ei-
ther case, call your Field Ser-
vice representative.
Connect the cable and con-
centrator to another system.
If the connected terminals work,
the DSH32 asynchronous port is
faulty. Otherwise, either the ca-
ble or concentrator is faulty.
Call your Field Service rep-
resentative.
Check the cable connections
at both ends. Try a dif-
ferent cable. If the prob-
lem persists, call your Field Ser-
vice representative.
