Verify that the switches are in the following positions (left to right): down,
down, up. The RZ55 expansion box is shipped from the factory with the
switches set at SCSI ID 1. You do not need to change the SCSI ID switch
settings on the first RZ55 expansion box.
4.7.2 Resetting the SCSIID on the Second RZ55
To determine available IDs on the SCSI-B bus, enter TEST 50 at the console
prompt

then press RETURN. Your system configuration is displayed
on the screen. FFFFFF05 indicates an open ID. Look for a display similar
to the following:
