ASSEMBLING THE SECONDARY SHEAVE

1. Lubricate:
• secondary fixed sheave shaft's outer and
inner surfaces 1
• secondary sliding sheave's outer and inner
surfaces 2
• grease nipple groove
• oil seals
New
(with the recommended lubricant)
Recommended lubricant
BEL-RAY assembly lube
2. Install:
• secondary sliding sheave 1
3. Install:
• guide pin 2
4. Lubricate:
• guide pin groove 3
• O-ring
New
(with the recommended lubricant)
Recommended lubricant
BEL-RAY assembly lube
5. Install:
• spring seat 1
• compression spring 2
• upper spring seat 3
