Print 02-digit
Print a ONE DIGIT MONTHCODE
The following example creates a label with a one digit Month code 1...9 and O...D using
the [MONTH02] command. This is sometimes requested for industrial applications.
The months are encoded as follows:
1...9 => January ... September
O...D => October ... December
