Enter a descriptive name for the address group in the Name field.

Select the checkboxes for the addresses, interfaces, or address groups you want to group together.

Editing an IP address, address group, or DNS hostname
From the Firewall menu, click Definitions > Addresses tab. Addresses that have already been

defined are displayed.
Click the edit icon for an existing address, address group, or DNS Hostname you want to edit. The edit

page appears.
Make your changes and click Finish.

Deleting an address
Use this procedure to delete a single IP address, range of addresses, or address group. If an address is
being used by a packet filter or NAT rule, a message informs you to modify or delete the rule that
references the address. After you remove the reference to the address within the rule, you can delete the
address.
From the Firewall menu, click Definitions > Addresses tab. Addresses that have already been

defined are displayed.
Click the delete icon for the object you want to delete.

Interfaces page

Use the Interfaces page to define, edit, and delete interface groups. Packets can also be matched by
incoming and outgoing Interface. You can group the appliance network interfaces into Interface Groups to
simplify your firewall ruleset.
