• Check if the power cable is connected properly and is inserted
securely.
• Check if the power voltage is unstable.
• Reattempt the restoration of the database (Address Book, templates,
F-code (Mailbox) or user information).
• Check if the FAX Unit is attached.
• Check if there is any damage or abnormality on the FAX board.
• Check if the connector on the FAX board is connected properly.
The address specified for the network FAX is not registered on the
Address Book. Register it.
