980 DP Video Generator - User Guide
Network Analyzer – Dashboard Items
Card –The Card area shows the current module whose port is being displayed on the Network Analyzer
Video Generator module.
Port –The Port area shows the current Rx port that is being displayed on the Network Analyzer.
. Currently the only analyzer port is the 980 HDMI Video Generator port.
Second Row Items:
Lanes
Bandwidth
Active (video resolution)
V Total
Third Row Items:
Res[olution]
from the main stream attributes.
Total (video) pixels and lines
determined from the main stream attributes.
Sync
and the number of vertical lines in the blanking and its polarity (e.g. 5 lines, positive).
Start
attributes.
Colorimetry and bit depth
atttributes.
Scan
- The scan type used, progressive (e.g. Prog) or interlaced (Inter) determined from the main
stream attributes.
Fourth Row Items:
Sync -Clk
synchronous. A value of N means async; a value of Y means synchronous. This value is determined by the
main stream attributes.
Stereo-3D
Mute
- The AudioMute flag status determined from the main stream attributes.
HDCP-Sync
for HDCP sync not detected.
Mvid
atttributes.
Nvid
atttributes.

Main Control Panel

This subsection describes the main control panel for the Network Analyzer. Refer to the table below for a
description of these controls.
Page 165
- The number of lanes used during link training.
- The lane rate (per lane).
- This is the measured total vertical video lines per frame.
- The active video resolution in horizontal pixels and vertical lines determined
- The number of horizontal pixels in the blanking and it polarity (e.g. 44 pixels, positive)
- The starting pixel and line in the active video determined from the main stream
- Indicates if the Link Clock and Main Video Stream clock are asynchronous or
- The status of 3D audio determined from the main stream attributes.
- The HDCP sync detect of the Video Blanking VB-ID bits. Y for sync detected; No
- The Mvid value used for stream clock recover. This is determined from the main stream
- The Nvid value used for stream clock recover. This is determined from the main stream
. Currently the only analyzer module (card) is the 980 HDMI
- This is the measured video resolution.
- The total video in horizontal pixels and vertical lines
