Installing DIMMs

You can expand the memory in the system by installing additional or larger
capacity DIMMs.
Remove the top cover.

If upgrading an existing memory module, remove the DIMM by

pushing the retaining latches away from each other. Pull out the
DIMM and store it for future use.
