Use this setting to choose between
different surfaces (skins) for the
user interface.
Currently available surfaces are
application, classic and classic-
green, classic-light and metal.
Other skins can be designed and
integrated by the user.
Tool tips appear automatically if
the mouse is placed over the
corresponding control.
They time until the tool tips show
up can be selected from a list.
