The size of the user defined format is defined by four parameters.
Zero Offset: Defines the shifting to the right starting from the left side.

Width: Defines the size of the scan area in horizontal direction

Height: Defines the size of the scan area in vertical direction.

Bottom Border: Defines the distance to the lower border of the glass plate, where some

paper formats are marked.
