General Information

This operation manual describes all settings which are available through the integrated
Scan2Net user interface. Variations depending on the device type are indicated below the
chapters headline.
The WideTEK A2 is connected by the integrated network card to the network.
Before the first use of the WideTEK A2 the IP address, the subnet mask and the gateway
settings must be set. These settings depend on the parameters of the network where the
WideTEK A2 is used.
In chapter 0 all necessary steps to configure the WideTEK A2 properly are described in
detail.

Content on Delivery

The WideTEK A2 is delivered with the following:
Cross-Over cable with green connectors
Network cable
Power cable
Folder with reference sheets for testing purpose
Transport locks
Important: Keep the transport locks, the washers as well as the adherent label for future
use.
