Picture 13: Thread for transport lock.

Important: Insert the transport lock always in combination with the washers. Use three
washers on each transport lock.
Without using the washers severe damages may occur to the scanner.
Do not use an electric powered tool to screw in the transport lock. This
could result in severe damages of the mirror unit and illumination unit.
The following pictures show the correct position of the transport lock.
