Description
Shows the name and number of the transmission
source.
Shows the date that the report was printed.
Shows the mode used for the transmission. Any of the
following may be indicated.
BR: Broadcast transmission
ECM: ECM mode
G3: G3 mode
Shows a symbol for the transmission function that was
used.
C: Confidential box transmission
B: Batch transmission
P: Polling transmission
I: Individual login
F: Forwarding
Blank: General transmission (transmission other than
those mentioned above)
Shows the port used for the transmission.
1: Port 1
2: Port 2
Blank: Single port
Shows the number of document pages that were trans-
mitted.
Shows the transmission results. Any of the following may
be indicated.
OK: Transmitted successfully
BUSY: The recipient's line was busy.
NO ANS: The recipient could not receive the fax or the
call was not answered.
INTERR: The transmission was interrupted.
F.MEM: The memory was full.
NG: Transmissions to all recipients failed.
PT.DEL: Transmissions to some recipients failed.
IMG NG: Communication quality of image is coarse or
transmission finished in progress.
Shows the name of the user or account that was authen-
ticated.
