DISASSEMBLY
• Remove the valve cap and then release the air
from front fork.
• Remove the front fork cap bolt .
• Remove the front fork cap bolt

and draw
out seat
@,
spacer
@.
spri ng seat
@)
and
spring
®.
• Hold the fork inverted for a few minutes to
drain the oi l.
• I nvert the fork and stroke it several times to
remove the oil from inside.
• Remove damper rod secu ri ng bolt by using
the special tools.
