PISTON RINGS
• 1 st ring and 2nd ring differ in the shape of ring
• 1st and 2nd rings have the letter
"RN"
marked
on the top. Be sure to bring the marked
side
to
the top when fitting them to the piston.

It is extremely important that, when the piston
is fed into the cylinder, each ring in place should
be so positioned as to hug the locating p in as
shown
in
the Fig.
