Clutch Release Assembly - Suzuki RG250 Service Manual

3·27 ENGINE
• Loosen the clutch release holder screws .
• Separate the clutch release screw and clutch
release ho lder.
ASSEMBLY
Inspect the clutch release mechanism for smooth
operation. If any worn parts are found, replace it
with
a new one.
When reinstalling clutch release
assembly to the engine sprocket cover, apply
Suzuki Moly Paste to the sliding surface lightl y.

Install the sliding screw properly as shown in figure
so that the clutch release lever operates positively .
