• Place a clean rag over the cylinder base to pre-
ven t piston pin circlip from dropping into crank-
case, and then remove the piston pin circJip
wi th long-nose pliers.
• Draw out piston pin by using special tool and
take off piston.

• Remove conrad bearing from the conrad small
end.
• Remove the clutch cover.
