Oil SEAL
Replace removed oil seals w ith new ones .
• Apply SUZUK I Su per Grease itA" to th e lip
of oil seal.
99000-25010 SUZU KI Super Grease "A"
TRANSMISSION
• In reassem bl ing the transmission, attention must
be given to the locations and positions of
washers and circlips. The exploded view given
here will serve as a reference for correctty
mount ing the gea rs, washers and circl ips.
CAUTION:
• Never reuse a circlip , After a circlip has been removed f rom a shaft, it sh ould
be
discarded and
a new circlip must
be
installed .

When installing a new circlip, care must be taken not to expand the end gap larger than required
to slip the circl ip o ver the shaft .
• After installi ng a circlip. always insure that it is completely seated in its groove and securely fitted .
