notification of completion of the
connection check is also sent to this e-
mail address.

should be deleted. If checked, the values

[Personal information] column in this
table indicates [Applicable] are not
retained as customer information for the
MMB.
Checked: The values are deleted.
Not checked: The values are not
deleted (default).
