3 • Running Mail

Adding Postage to Correct a Mail Piece

This procedure is used if you have applied the incorrect amount of
postage and need to make a correction to ensure that a mail piece
has sufficient postage.
1. At the Home screen:
• If you have a scale, place the mail piece on it.
• If you have any weight showing, select CLASS or Select a
class (depending on your machine settings).
• If "Enter Manual Weight" is showing, you need to enter a
manual weight first (see steps A-C below).
A. Press Weigh/Rate.
B. Key in 1 g and select Continue.

◄Continue
C. Select CLASS or Select a class (depending on your
machine settings).
2. Select Other Payment option, then select Postage Corr.

◄Other Payment
3. The system displays a series of selectable postage value ranges
that you can access for your postage correction.
SERVICES
◄ 0.01 to 0.50
◄ 3.50 to 99.99
◄Done
4. Select the postage range that is applicable to the postage cor-
rection you want to enter into the system manually. The system
then displays the following screen:
