Noread Message
Format: <Kkstatus,noread message>
status:
0 = Disabled
1 = Enabled
Example: To enable Noread Message and change noread message to
"Fail," send: <Kk1,Fail>.
Bar Code Output
Format: <Klstatus,when to output>
status:
0 = Disabled
1 = Enabled
Example: To set Bar Code Output to End of Read Cycle, enter <Kl1,1>.
Number of Reads Before a Good Decode
Format: <Kmnumber of reads>
number of reads:
Any number from 1 to 31.
Example: To change Number of Reads to 3, enter <Km3>.
Match Code
Format: <Knstatus>
status:
0 = Disabled
1 = Enabled
Example: To enable Match Code, enter <Kb1>.
Number of Labels
Format: <KLnumber of labels, field separator>
number of labels:
0 = One label
3 = Four labels
1 = Two labels
4 = Five labels
2 = Three labels 5 = Six labels
Example: To set Number of Labels to four with a dash (–) for a Field Sepa-
rator, enter <KL3,–>.
Operations Status Request
Format: <KV?> Returns status of each command in the group.

Any ASCII string up to 7 digits.
Default is NOREAD
when to output:
0 = As Soon As Possible
1 = End of Read Cycle
field separator:
Any ASCII character except NUL.
Default is a comma (,).
