fails) or opened on the second check (ON check fails) for
three consecutive copies.
SP4-4 is set but the option counter is not installed.

Is the harness/connector lose or option counter not installed?

Replace the counter.
If the operation is still not correct:
Replace the main board.

Check the operation.

Reinstall the old counter to double check it.

Correct the harness and connector.
