1. Turn off the copier's main switch and undock the sorter from the
copier.
CAUTION: During this procedure there will be three sets of springs removed. Do not
mix up the sets; they are different.
2. Remove the top cover (5 screws).
3. Remove the manual feed cover [A]:
a) One shoulder screw [B]
b) Two pressure springs [C,D]
c) Two pressure plates [E,F]
d) Manual feed cover shaft
4. Remove the top cover support bracket
