corona unit, and correct or replace any defective parts.
Check whether the screws securing the hot roller unit from the
top are loose.

Check whether the problem can be resolved by
using a different ream or brand of paper.
If paper was damp, turn on the humidity SW.

If the direction of paper grain is not suitable,

recommend that the customer use a different brand of
paper.
Tighten the screws.
