CYLINDER HEAD/VALVE
CYLINDER HEAD INSTAllATION
Clean the cylinder head surface of any gasket
material.
I nstall the dowel pins and new head gaskets.
Install the cylinder head and head bolts but do not
torque the bolts yet.
With the cam chain tensioner arm raised and lock
plate lowered in the direction of the arrow, insert a
pin or piece of wire in through the hole in the
tensioner base and tensioner.
