FRONT WHEEl/SUSPENSION/STEERING
I nstall the snap ring with its radiused edge facing
down.
I nstall the plastic washer, foam washer and dust
seal.
Pour the specified amount of ATF into the fork
tube.
CAPACITY:
400
cc
Install the spring, spring seat and collar.
NOTE:
Note the spring direction; the small diameter
end faces down.
I nstall and torque the fork tube cap.
TORQUE:
15-30
N·m
(1.5-3.0
kg-m,
11-22 ft-Ibl
Install the air valve cap.
