Check the voltage at the AC wall outlet.
Is there approximately 110 VAC (or 220
VAC if the printer is a 220 V
configuration) at the AC wall outlet?

Is the Fuse on the Power Supply open?

On the Power Supply, check that
connectors CN5, CN6, and CN7 are
properly seated.
Are the connectors properly seated?

Check voltages at P/J2 on the Engine
Control Board: 24 V (pins 1, 5, and 7), and
5 V (pin 2).
Are all of the voltages present?
