Listen to a Prompt [Press 8]

The Emerald ICE Flash Voice Mail System includes a method of listening to any or
all of the recorded prompts. This may be useful for listening before modifying a
prompt.
You can listen to a single prompt, a range of prompts up to the complete prompts
set, or the last prompt that was recorded.
To listen to system prompts follow these steps:
1. Access the System Administratorʹs Mailbox as described on page 6-1. The
Administrator Options Menu now plays.
2. Press 8 to listen to a prompt. You will be prompted for the following options:
a. Single Prompt - enter the prompt number (i.e. 104) then when
prompted, enter the same prompt number again. The selected prompt
will play and then you will be returned to Step 2.
b. Range of Prompts (i.e. 100-120) - enter the first prompt number of
the range (100) followed by the second prompt number (120). The
selected prompts will play in succession and then you will be returned
to Step 1.
c. Last recorded prompt - Press the * key. The last recorded prompt will
play and then you will be returned to Step 1.
3. If you are done listening to prompts, you may now:
a. Press 1-9 to select another System Administrator task to perform.
b. Press* to return to the system Main CCR Menu.
c. Press ** to exit the system completely.
