Menu Option 4 - Automated Attendant Configuration
Select 4- Automated Attendant Setup from the Programming Main Menu Screen
(Figure 4) and the Automated Attendant Setup Screen shown below in Figure 12 will
be displayed. This controls what a caller hears when a given port answers. Each port
may play a different greeting, allowing up to eight different "tenants" to share the
same system, using 1 port per tenant.
All Greetings are recorded from the System Administrator Mailbox.
