Number Plan Example

There are a total of five Numbering Plan (CCR Menu) screens available. These CCR
Menus may be linked to each other in any custom configuration required for the
installation.
Let's say your configuration requires that a caller be given a submenu choice to
"Press four for Technical Support issues". This submenu will allow callers to access
several live technicians at extensions 430 and 431, and also gives them the ability to
leave a callback message in a dedicated Tech Support mailbox - 432.
The following example uses two CCR Menus - CCR 1 refers to Figure 9 and CCR 4
refers to Figure 10. It is assumed that the necessary telephone extensions are
working and the required mailbox(s) have been programmed into the Voice Mail
system.
All Greetings are recorded from the System Administrator Mailbox
For the purposes of the example:
All callers are sent to CCR 1 upon reaching the Voice Mail system. Greeting
number 1 is assigned to play for this CCR Menu during the day.
Recorded in the programmed greeting for CCR 1, the caller hears as part of the
greeting: "Press one for Technical Support"
The Technical Support CCR 4 will have three choices:
Press 1 for Hardware support - goes to extension 430.
Press 2 for Software support - goes to extension 431.
Press 3 to leave a message - goes to mailbox 432.
