Field Descriptions
Each column represents a given port from Port 1 to Port 8.
Operator Ext - This is the PBX extension number of the Operator's extension for this
port. When a caller dials 0 from this port, this is the destination telephone.
Hunt – [Future option - not currently active.]
VMS – [Future option - not currently active]
Day Mode - Actions That Will Occur During Day (Open) Hours
Greeting No. (01-09) - This is the greeting number that will play when this port is
accessed during the programmed day hours under normal conditions. "0" need not
be entered when entering the Greeting No. Enter 1 through 9 and the "0" will be
filled in automatically.
If the Temp Grt On entry is on for a given port, the programmed Temp Greeting
will play instead of the programmed greeting
Day Mode CCR (01-05) - This is the CCR menu that will be used to determine caller
options when this port answers during Day mode. When the port answers, the
caller will hear the greeting programmed in the DAY Greeting No. field, and the
caller may then dial the options programmed in the corresponding CCR screen in
the Number Plan Screen, described on page 5-9. "0" need not be entered when
entering the CCR number. Enter 1 through 9 and the "0" will be filled in
automatically.
Night Mode Section - Actions that will occur during night (closed) hours.
Greeting No. (01-09) - This is the greeting number that will play when this port is
accessed during the programmed night hours during normal conditions. "0" need
not be entered when entering the Greeting No. Enter 1 through 9 and the "0" will be
filled in automatically.
