Manual transmission -Gears, shafts, into gearsh.
Disassembly and assembly instructions
Disassembly
1. Clamp retaining device 9282 in a vice, push
the input shaft on it and undo the hexagon nut
using a commercially available ring wrench
insert (see Workshop Equipment Manual,
Chapter 2.4, No. 92-2).
Assembly
1. Check synchronising rings by pushing them
onto the gear wheels and measuring the gap
"A" with a feeler gauge.
Installation dimension (new)
Wear limit
= min. 0.9 mm
= 0.6...0.7 mm

2. Using a suitable separator (e.g. Kukko 17-1),
press all parts off the input shaft via the 3rd
gear gearwheel
2. Marking of the shift collar.
