Emerald ICE Installation & Hardware Reference Manual
RMP Setup
T1 and PRI Setup
Steps 1 through 7 below describe the procedure of configuring the Emerald ICE
system using the RMP to operate with both the T1 and PRI cards.
The sections that follow describe additional programming if you are setting up the
T1 card.
1. Open your Emerald ICE database file and connect with the RMP.
2. Select RP, Call Handling, Feature Control as shown below.
3. On the RP, Call Handling‐Feature Control Screen shown below, the Syn‐
chronization Source field must be 3rd BRI Slot.
Click on the Update button to enter your settings into the RMP database.
