2. Proceed with the following on the RP: CO Line Application‐T1 Card‐T1
Setting Screen:
a. Select a radio button to designate a Frame Type (System). The options are
D4 and ESF. The default is D4. The Frame Type is usually determined by
your TELCO.
b. Select a radio button to designate a Zero Code Suppression Scheme
(System). The options are AMI and B8ZS. The default is AMI. The Zero
Code Suppression Scheme is determined by your TELCO.
c. Select a radio button to disgnate a System Loop Back Setting (System).
The options are None, Local and Remote. The default is None. It is
recommended that you select None for this field.
d. Select a Wink Duration. The TX Duration range is from 50ms to 500ms.
The increment is 50ms and the default is 200ms. The RX Duration range
is from 50ms to 500ms. The increment is 50ms and the default is 500ms.
e. In the Caller ID area you must select a Start Digit, End Digit and
program the Length. A Start Digit can be DTMF 0‐9,*,#,A,B,C,D, and the
default is *. The End Digit can be DTMF 0‐9,*,#,A,B,C,D, and the default
is *. The Length can be 0‐15, and the default is 10.
Click on the Update button to enter your settings into the RMP database.
