6. At the INTERCEPT display, enter an extension number in the Intercept
field. This item specifies the Extension or Hunt Group directory Number
to which the Incoming Digital calls will be routed if a match for the
Incoming DID (DDI) Digits is not in the Translation Table. The Intercept
can be either an Extension Directory No. or Hunt Group Directory No.
The default is NULL. Press the softkey beneath next to continue.
7. At the SHOW ENTRY display press the softkey beneath show . Enter an
entry number to show Destination (Day) Field and Destination (Night)
Fields. Up to 40 entries are available. Press the soft key beneath save to con‐
tinue.
8. At the INCOMING display, press the softkey beneath show to enter new
values or display the existing values.
9. After pressing the softkey beneath show , enter a value in the Incoming
field. This field specifies the digits that will be received on the Digital
Trunk in the CO Route for which the Translation table is assigned. When
digits are received, they will be compared to this Incoming field. When a
match is found, the number will be translated into the associated Destina‐
tion Number. 12 digits (0‐9, X) can be programmed. Default is "Null" for
all entries. Press the softkey beneath next to continue.
10. At the DAY DEST display, press the softkey beneath show to enter new
values or display the existing values.
11. After pressing the softkey beneath show , enter a Day Destination num‐
ber. This field specifies the Number to which the Incoming digits are
translated in Day Service Mode. The Destination Number can be an
Extension, Hunt Group, Operator, System Speed Dial, LCR or Trunk
Route Directory Number. The Destination Number can have a different
number of digits than the Incoming Number entry. 12 digits (0‐9, X) can
be programmed. The Default is Null for all entries. Press the softkey
beneath next to continue.
12. At the NIGHT DEST display, press the softkey beneath show to enter
new values or display the existing values.
13. After pressing the softkey beneath show , enter a Night Destination num‐
ber. This field is similar to the Destination (Day), however, it works for
Night Service Mode. Press the
v
button when finished.
