2.29 Draft Prevention (HOT Start)

Outline
Draft prevention control is done to prevent a cold draft feeling when the unit is started up in
heating operation. This will happen if the indoor coil temperature drops.
Detail
The outdoor unit will prevent a cold draft by monitoring the indoor heat-exchanger thermistor. It
will increase the minimum compressor frequency if the indoor heat exchanger drops below
33°C. If the coil is not hot enough, the indoor fan will not be started at the set speed.
The fan speed will be released step by step. The limitation of the fan speed will be lifted when
the indoor heat exchanger temperature rises above F°C.
